A complete nightmare.
I should have known from the moment we got there and the maid was completely rude that we should have left. She was ticked off the we were sitting in the lobby waiting on a room that was already supposed to be available. The General Manager made excuses for the rude behavior citing a language barrior. Excuse me. You have got to be kidding. I don't care what language you speak but mopping around someone so close you are moving their purse and luggage is rude. She kept running the vaccum around us as if we were bringing in filth. And let's not forgot the dirty looks we got for sitting down.
The bathroom had black mold, but I was willing to look past that for 3 nights.
Our nightmare actually began to get worse after we returned home. The General Manager had checked us out and I noticed she kept swiping our debit card several times. They had my husbands business card on file but we notified them upon checking in that this was a personal visit and our debit card was to be charged instead. One week later our checking account was debited with double charges and so was my husbands business card. We are one week shy of this nightmare being 2 months old and we still can't get them to fix the situation. We are trying to find the owners name and I am contacting an attorney for credit card fraud. We have left numerous messages and keep getting the run around and the General Manager refuses to return our phone calls.
Bottom line if you want to get ripped off and experience the worst customer service stay here.

Couldn't make it past the elevator.
I booked this hotel for a one night trip in San Antonio because I read decent reviews. As soon as we walked in, the poor keeping of the lobby and the innumerable children running around gave me a bad feeling. The desk clerk was not friendly and when we got to our room, we were puzzled to find the door slightly ajar. When we entered the room we found the sink basin completely removed from the counter and lying on the floor. A maid came in and told us no one was supposed to be in this room. Rather than waiting around for another room, we cancelled our reservation and left.
