Extremely Professional & Courteous. My husband & I are in a new construction home and Mr. Wells provided a thorough presentation of our various options, pricing and maintenance plans. He was very honest and indicated that the system & maintenance (if we wanted it) could be scaled to our budget. He actually performed a mock setup of the lighting system the same evening as the presentation so that we could preview, make changes and confirm where we actually wanted lighting. The lighting system is fully automatic and is pre-programmed at installation. However, we still have the ability to turn the lights on/off at our discretion. The lighting system is very energy efficient and uses a softer more elegant light than your typical flood light type system. Actual installation was on time (barring a few rainy days); however, their staff kept us well informed of the delays even when it was obvious that it was raining and they also informed us when the installer would be returning. Actual installation time was 2 days. Installation went very well and the installer was careful not to destroy any of our existing landscaping. My husband & I previewed the final product on the same day the installation was complete. The system is fairly priced and the outcome is beautiful. Thanks Mr. Wells & family for a job well done.
