Almost four years ago, my husband and I came to RMA after I had suffered from several miscarriages. It wasn't an easy period in my life. After my first visit with Dr. Arredondo and his staff, I knew I wanted to pursue treatment with him. Today, my husband and I are very blessed to have come to his office. We were able to to conceive and now have a beautiful daughter who will turn 3 this May! They are professionals with compassion. I highly recommend anyone looking for a fertility specialist to give Dr. Arredondo an opportunity to help.

My husband and I tried to conceive for 2 years before being referred to RMA by my obgyn. From the first time we stepped into the office, we felt comfortable. That was nearly 2 1/2 years ago. We have gone through a lot, but Dr. Arredondo and his amazing staff never gave up on us! They gave us hope when we needed it the most, and they knew that we would have a family one day. I am now 10 1/2 weeks pregnant and couldn't be happier! We still tread lightly, but I know this time we'll end up holding our baby by October. We knew that Dr. Arredondo was personally invested in our success--it never felt like a "business" transaction--even through our failed cycles, he made sure we were emotionally ready for the next cycle. We never gave up hope on the process and had total trust in him and his team. Dr. Browne and Dr. Carrera have also been so great! I can't say enough about the ENTIRE team at RMA...from Monica, to Chris, to Becca, Mandy, Emily, Tony, Tiffini...they all get to know you and you get to know them and their smiling faces. I was sad to "graduate" from RMA to my regular obgyn, but look forward to putting the 2 little feet up on the wall of success soon! If you're struggling with infertility, don't think twice--go to RMA and get the process started!

From the very first phone call I made to RMA, I immediately felt very comfortable because they were so professional and understanding. My visits were always so pleasant as the staff is extremely friendly. Dr. Arredondo has a great facility and before anything is done, he has a one on one consultation with you where he explains what the options are regarding your specific situation. I am 37 years old and my problem was that I didn't ovulate. After a series of tests, I had my first iui. When it didn't work we opted to give it another try on the next cycle and thankfully it worked!!! I am now 13 weeks pregnant with my first baby. RMA made our dreams of having a family a reality. You are not alone on this journey and the people at RMA understand you and have the right tools and attitude to assist you in every way they can. Love RMA!!!! The best!!!

My husband and I tried for six years to conceive a child, and after going through three OBGYN’s and two specialists we were emotionally spent and felt like giving up. Shortly after moving to San Antonio and continually driving by a building with a large sign that read “RMA of Texas World Class Fertility Care” I felt like I had to go in for a consultation to see what they were all about. I now thank God everyday for leading me to Dr. Arredondo and his team. I got pregnant on my first IVF cycle, have a beautiful, healthy 2 1/2 year old daughter, and just found out that I’m pregnant again after doing an FET cycle. They are the most attentive, patient, and caring team that I have ever worked with, have a wonderful bedside manner, and genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Arredondo! Good luck to everyone out there and don’t give up!

We are so happy and feel so blessed to have our son, Diego. Thank you so very much to the physicians, nurses and staff at RMA! Words will never completely describe our gratitude. We never really thought that our dream of parenthood would actually come true! After several failed fertility treatments with another clinic I am so happy we decided to seek a 2nd opinion with RMA.

Thanks to RMA, I now have a beautiful, healthy, active 14 month little girl! RMA guided me though process of concieving and the first 2 months after conception! I appreciate the care and attention I received during that time. Thank you RMA!

RMA OF TEXAS is a Godsend. Thanks to God, the doctors, nurses and staff at RMA we now have our beautiful little family. We will forever appreciate how friendly and sincerely caring RMA has been with us. Their success rate are very impressive as well. Everyone is helpful and welcoming. All there have been supportive, nurturing and always willing to address any concerns we had. We are blessed to have come across RMA when we needed them.

RMA of Texas is without a doubt the BEST place to go if you are having trouble conceiving. They have the most warm, friendly, and competent staff--staff who will call you back for ANY question you might have--and within a reasonable time period, and Drs. Hudson and Arredondo are both awesome. These people know exactly what they are doing and I trust them COMPLETELY with my fertility care.

My husband and I had been trying to conceive for NEARLY 5 YEARS with no luck and we had almost lost all hope. Now, thanks to the grace of God, and of course all the wonderful people at RMA, I am 10 WEEKS PREGNANT and the baby is looking great!

Going through an infertility crisis is one of the most difficult things in life, and I would not wish it on anyone, but if you are struggling, these people can help. They are very kind, patient, and truly caring people. If your dreams of expanding your family seem to be unreachable, please go to the RMA. They are a godsend.

Thank you so much Drs. Hudson and Arredondo, Dr. Brown, Chris, Frederika, Becca, Monica, Tiffini, Tony, Stephanie, Mandy, Daniella, Pamela... and everyone else! We love you all; you are all so wonderful!!!!

So Thankful for RMA!. The care I received at RMA is unparalleled to any other medical treatment I've experienced. I've been to hospitals/doctors offices as a professional, a patient & a patient advocate, but the care here is unlike any other.

My husband and I just completed IVF and are very fortunate to be expecting our first child in December. Our relationship with RMA started by attending an open house to learn about all our options and their care. It was a very personal and a comfortable environment. Though there are many steps and decisions to be made along the way, RMA was always very responsive to my concerns and questions. I was always confident they would respond to my emails/phone calls in a timely manner.

There is no denying that any couple facing infertility will abe faced with an "emotional roller coaster". RMA was always up front and very honest about our options and the steps we could take to achieve our goals.

As a working professional, I found their clinic hours and flexible appointment times a tremendous benefit. I almost never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. A medical office with this type of punctuality and respect for your time is a rare find!

In short, we had a wonderful experience and even if we had not received the positive outcome I am confident they would have done their best to help me discover my next steps in a compassionate way.

A couple of people that hold a special place in our heart include: Trish, who took a personal interest in our success and always welcomed us with a friendly smile; Christine, who answered so many questions along the way; Monica, who was an advocate for us in getting information from another physicians office when our countless attempts failed; Dr. Hudson, for keeping her promise when she said, "we're gonna get you pregnant"; and last, but definitely not least, Dr. Browne, for welcoming us into the RMA family, for listening, and above all else, for her warm compassion and dedication to a field of science that is making so many people very happy.

Best care ever!!. I was referred to RMA through a friend when my husband and I were having trouble conceiving. I can say without a doubt I have never been taken care of by medical staff the way that everyone at RMA took care of me. Going through this experinence is such an emotional rollarcoaster but the end result is that I am now 8 weeks pregnant!! It was very bitter sweet leaving RMA and being released to my regular OB. I just can't say enough for this wonderful place. I really want to give a special thank you to Dr. Hudson and staff who made my dreams of being a mom a reality. :)
