GREAT!!!. Today was my first visit and it was a great experience! Lucie was my hairstylist. She listened to me and then thoroughly explained what she was going to do. AND, she did exactly what she said, and the cut was exactly what I wanted. I liked her welcoming style.

Lotee's Custom Cuts. I have been a customer of Lotees several years. She and her staff are very professional. The shop is always impeccably clean and welcoming. The thing I like about Lotee best is she listens to you…hard to find these days. Lotee is PAUL MITCHEL certified.

The shop has a point reward system. Every time you have services given you earn points that are good for discounting another visit. NO OTHER SHOP in San Antonio does this that I know of! In todays economy, it is a big help to get a hair cut free every once in a while! My husband used to go to this Ritzy Stylist who charged like HOLYWOOD prices. Now he goes to Lotees also and has been even more pleased with her work!
