good food and atmosphere, HORRIBLE MANAGER. Wow. I have heard plenty about this restaurant and how good it supposedly is. The atmosphere was very nice, and the food is good, HOWEVER when my fiance and I were there, the waiter was new(I think) and he made a couple of mistakes with our order. That was irritating, but I didn't want to give the guy a hard time. We did let them know the issue though, and the manager (an Asian fellow), was very rude to us. He seemed very arrogant and acted like he was angry that we were complaining or that he did not believe that his precious restaurant could make a mistake. He made us feel very uncomfortable there. So long story short, food is good, the place is nice, but the manager is THE biggest jerk I've ever met. What was supposed to be a nice date night for us turned bad because of this experience, so we won't be going there ever again.

Great service. Wow…what a great restaurant to take the family and friends. Outstanding service with great food. Wife really enjoyed the salad bar while I enjoyed the main meal. The perfect place to take our friends visiting from Europe. I was told the owner even gave coupons to the Fisher Houses in San Antonio that takes care of the military families in need of critical medical care. Thanks for the great service and thanks for thinking of our military families.

Amazing Evening. We had family come into town and decided we were going to try out the Brazilian Steak House.

There were 9 of us all together including younger children.

They were at our every need. None of us saw the bottom of our water or wine glasses. They were always right there to pour more for you.

The meal was excellent. If there was something you wanted all you had to do was ask and someone was there with it.

Great place and will be back again!

Excellent Service and Food. The salad bar has a good variety but the meats brought by the wait staff are what this place is all about. The selections are very well prepared and spiced to bring out the best flavor. They keep your plate filled and quickly bring any special requests. The attention to detail is apparent throughtout the meal as crumbs are cleaned from the table and glasses refilled quickly. A most pleasurable dining experience whether for lunch or diner.

My favorite restaurant ever!. This is the best place ever for a good meal. I went at lunch time because of the value. The food was excellent and the waiters were funny and friendly. It is a different experience than American dining and the authentic Brazillian food is delicious. I went with my friend and her mother (they are Brazillian) and they said it was wonderful - they would know! I plan on returning often. If you go, go hungry because there is SO much to try.

Best restaurant ever!. We visited Chama Gaucha today for the first time and I left with the certainty that this is the best restaurant I've ever been to. Every morsel we ate was delicious (and there were multitudes of different foods to try) and the service was just amazing. The waiter even held my chair and cleared the table of crumbs. I thought that kind of service was extinct! The restaurant is very stylish and elegant inside, but the staff is still family friendly. I absolutely love this place and want to bring all my family and friends to experience it!

Chama Gaucha Steak House. We went there for lunch and could only go thru the salad bar. It was so full of healthy options. There were so many choices. We will return next time with an empty stomach to then try the meats. The staff was friendly and helpful. They walked us through the entire experience. Very nice touch.

Great Brazilian Steakhouse. Great food, good atmosphere and wonderful staff. I have been there numerous times in the past year, and have not had a bad experience yet. As a matter of fact the service has improved!!! They are very helpful and knowledgable about their wine selection and won't make you feel like an idiot when you order. The last time we were there they even had a nice after dinner drink selection that they bring to your table and present. Great stuff... Highly recomend

Ran out of food, service a mess. They started out good, but it quickly went downhill. We asked for more rolls, they said they would get them out to us in 1-2 minutes. About 10 minutes later we asked again- they said another 1-2 minutes. In another 10 minutes we asked yet again- we were told 3-5 minutes. At that point we had to leave for a previous engagement and asked for our bill. It came, and had a charge for a can of Sprite on there ($4 for a can!). We told them it was a mistake and they left to go take it off. The waiter came back a minute later with a new bill, and the charge was still on there. He left again, and it was finally corrected. It was beyond frustrating to sit there waiting so long for rolls, and then for our check. It ruined an otherwise nice evening.

The Finest Lunch served any where.. This is one of the finest places to eat in Texas it is well above steak houses around the states it is not expensive for the level of food, service, and atomsphere

The flavors are simpy great and the salad bar is excellent. No question on the meats and the selection Just a real treat all around
