These Guys are one of the best derm in Boerne. I saw the Eby's review and didnt feel right to not let my fellow neighbors know my own personal experience at Texas Institute of Dermatology. Dr. Ghohestani is a great dermatologist, one of the few I have known. Have been to this office many times, he took his time to talk to me about many things that were important to my health! If it was not because of him, I would have been died because of multiple cancer on my body that were treated as wound for years and none paid attention to them! I only paid my copay, the office is one of the most beautiful medical office I have seen. I live on 46 and I am a real patient.

Great Doc. My daughter saw Dr. Ghohestani at San Antonio Institute of Dermatology in Boerne Skin Clinic. She had a terrible Acne. Her face is acne free after few weeks of taking the Dr's prescription. She is very happy and more confident. If you have a bad acne, see the Doctor at San Antonio Institute of Dermatology. I wasted so much money on Proactive, facials. I really like the Doctor.

Best Place Ever !. I visited this place about a month ago for treatment of long standing rashes on my face that wouldn't go away even after 6 months of previous treatment in 2 different cities (Kansas & STL).

After only 3 weeks of treatment, my rashes are all gone and I feel much better. Dr Ghohestani sure knows this field better than anyone I have seen and although he may not crack jokes with you, he is still very hospitable and friendly. The office staff was really nice & accommodating and they worked around my schedule to help me out. Overall I would definitely refer this place to anyone who is looking to get a real answer to their problems.

One of the top Boerne Dermatologist. Dr. Ghohestani is an excellent dermatologist with great Integrity. He was personable, kind and took time to understand my needs. Dr. was very attentive. He removed my squamous skin cancer and I am happy with the result.
