Love it!. I loved my service at this salon, and it was great that they carried Aveda products. Staff was very nice. My service was provided by Veronica, she was very attentive, informative and overall just wonderful! I did not know what I wanted to do with my hair, I just knew I wanted a change. Veronica listened to my concerns, and educated me on what would be best for my hair type. She worked quickly and precisely. She informed me about all the products she used on my hair throughout the service. At the end of my service I was so happy with my cut and style, the best I have ever recieved!!!! That was a few weeks ago and my hair still looks great! I will never go to anyone else but Veronica for my haircut and style, absolutely THE BEST!

Wonderful Experience. Liza is AWESOME! She transformed my hair into a great, fun style! She has given me one of the best haircuts I have had yet! She was attentive, informative and patient! And great with color! I made my next appt with her before I left. The entire staff was friendly and made me comfortable. I highly recommend Avant Salon!

Very Pleased with Avant at Quarry Village. I have challenging hair and am picky. I am new to the area and booked an appointment with another salon at first but noticed a trendy Aveda salon near my home near Quarry Village - I am a big Aveda products fan. So, I re-booked, and took my chances with Avant. I was happily surprised with the great job done on my highlights and trim. I booked my next appointment and look forward to returning while trying some of their spa services.

ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL!!!!. I love everything! I had the BEST highlights I have ever received thanks to Robyn and my cut with Jessica was so awesome it lays perfectly and just styles so much better than i have ever imagined. I also got a consultation with Donna the esthetician for Avant, she is truly a heaven sent! Very nice women!

not so much.... I really love the products that Aveda provides and was happy to see there was a store front/ salon in my area. I went in to get some shampoo and product but the man at the front had no clue what to service me with and i ended up with a lousy sample instead of a full bottle of shampoo and conditioner. I ended up going to the La Cantera location for my product. I just hope their service providers know what they're talking about..

awesome place. I came to the pleasant quarry village last week and had a great consultation with Melissa, she really listened to my concerns about my hair. I received a great hand and head massage and fabulous hair color. I simply love this whole area and I'm excited to come back!

great makeup application. I was going to prom and needed a place that would offer a fun and trendy look for my dress. i stopped in at the Avant spa at the new Quarry Village to get a price quote and spoke with Kat the makeup artist there, i was unsure of exactly what i wanted but decided to book the appointment anyway. the day i went in, Kat knew exactly the look i should go for. Her creativity and personality was awesome. I left with the BEST pin up makeup look ever! I was told by everyone at prom that i looked great with my fabulous makeup! Thank You KAT for making my prom the best ever!

great salon and staff. I have recently been to the salon and was extremely happy and impressed with my hair cut by taran and color by robyn. Before that I had the most wonderful facial by donna!

Make sure they listen. Went there for a haircut after a friend recommended it, I asked for a bob and ended up getting a horrible pixie cut, after I asked Jessica not to take any length off. It looks horrible, she completely disregarded what I asked for. I called the salon and they offered to try and fix it, but she had ravor cut my fine hair and it was piecey with chunks missing in the back. The stylist said she couldn't do anything and it would just have to grow in. I will never go back to this salon and am now stuck with a horrid haircut that is going to take forever to grow in. I've never been to a salon that completely disregarded what their client wanted. I expect better from Aveda salons and have been to quite a few and this was just an utter disappointment.
