Tips for Otra Vez Couture Consignment

Bad way to do business. Otra Vez Consignment has the worst customer service towards their consignors. They lost a cocktail dress that I took in for consignment. I spoke to the owner and all she said to me was that I signed the contract where it states that they are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Obviously I already knew that as I read the contract. However, I expected a better response from them. It seemed to me like they didn’t even care. It’s pretty much my loss but I’ve learned my lesson. I will never shop or consign anything at Otra Vez again!
