great service. Great service helped me to understand general home owner maintenance and explained the procedures he was doing on the service.

Worst A/C company. I have been dealing with this company since 2007 when I first bought a new unit from them. They had to come out 3 days later to add freon. Then another couple of days after that to adjust pressure. They are incompetent and it turns out that after a couple of years after it was installed I called another company out to look at it and it turns out they had the wrong coils for the unit which could have caused the unit to explode because of the pressure. Since 2007, I have had over 6 service calls on a unit that is not even 5 years old yet. Cowboys even told me I could refinance a new unit for $ 7,000. I just spent $ 7,000 on the unit in 2007 and they want me to buy a new one because their mistake caused the coils and unit to freeze up. Other companies I called gave me estimates for the coil ranging from $ 1700 to 2,000 and if I didn't get that done they would have to put freon in every 3 months costing around $ 300 each time. I wrote a complaint letter to the company and they replaced the furnace on a Friday, but by Sunday the outside valve had ice on it and had frozen up again because I needed a new compressor motor that took them days to get. I have literally lost days of work because these guys can't get it right. I have water damage to my carpet because the coil leaked condensation into the furnace causing the old unit to rust. The owner Ariel Martinez thinks he did me a favor by replacing the furnace, but look how long it took them to get it right. Almost 5 years to figure this out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I AM SENDING COMPLAINTS TO THE BBB, ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND CITY OFFICES BECAUSE AN INSPECTION WAS NOT DONE ON THE FIRST UNIT. THEY ARE NO GOOD . PLEASE DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY USING THIS COMPANY!!!
