Great Experience!. I went to the salon feeling bored with my hair. I have been going to different salons and hairdressers in san antonio since I moved here a few months ago, but never found someone who wowed me. Well now I've found the girl for me. Laura was sooo nice and listened to me when I asked for my cut and color. She did way more than I expected and was very thorough. I could not believe how amazing my hair looked after she was done!! I highly recommend Laura, she made me look and feel wonderful.

DO NOT GO WITH GEORGE. George, who is oddly enough the salon manager, gave me THE WORST haircut I’ve ever had. I wish I could post a picture so that you all could see that I’m not exaggerating. When I got it cut, I asked him not to blow-dry. Since it was wet when I left, I couldn’t really tell how it looked; and since I have curly hair, it wasn’t until a week later when I straightened it that I noticed how he butchered it. When I went back to show him pictures I took and to ask for a refund, he was very rude and made me wait more than 2 hours just so that he could “look” at it. He also tried to blame me! He said that since I didn’t ask for it to be blow-dried, he wasn’t able to see the layers. What professional hairdresser has to go back and cut after they blow-dry?! Please, take my advice and don’t let him ruin your hair. You’d be better off doing it yourself…that’s how bad my hair was.
