the worst customer service-stay away and keep your money. The lack of service is shameful. the prices are not actually competitive, once they add in all of the fees. Sales people tell you what they think you want to hear, not what you NEED to hear about any given product. 5 years ago I would have said that Conns is the best in the business. Those days are long gone. I will never buy anything from Conns again. I think the business name says it all: CONS, they are.
