Very pleased. I am currently pregnant, and can't reach my feet anymore! But none of the nail places I've been to really made me feel comfortable, they'd be OK sometimes but not at other times and I really kind of worried about cleanliness. So being pregnant I got REALLY picky and haven't had a mani/pedi in MONTHS.

I asked around - nothing kept coming up as THE name. So I started researching and found H N Nails online. So many positive reviews I really wondered if they could be true!

I went by there and got a tour. They explained why they are different - they use higher quality cleaners and tablets in the water and say they take apart each pedi chair basin EACH USE to totally clean, not just at the end of the day. That really impressed me as did the open and friendly attitude of the gentleman who runs the place (may be the owner).

I went with a friend a few days later, and they did such a great job. I had horrible feet, but so sensitive right now, and they never ONCE hurt me, or burned me with acid or tried to use a razor but managed to get rid of my thick tough callouses. Amazing. (I had Christy)

They have more OPI color choices than I've ever seen including something called Gel color and it has been amazing so far at not chipping or denting or dinging - it has been 5 days and by now at least one fingernail would be icky.

AND they offer you a complimentary soft drink or water and a group came in and were also having some wine!

I've only been once, but I am so very VERY hopeful I've found my own nail salon that I can rave about.

I don't have any kind of "fake" nails (sorry if that term offends) but they do all kinds there. And they also do waxing but I didn't do it so this review is just about mani/pedi.

Oh, I was also impressed that they wore gloves while doing the pedi and had me use hand sanitizer before the manicure started (she did too).

It's over by Greenfields Market at Huebner and Stone Oak a huge bonus for me since it is so close by!

Cost was very reasonable, they took their time and didn't rush, and they have mani/pedi options for little girls on their menu too:)

There are a billion nail places - if you are looking for a new one or not super happy with your current one, then give this a try for sure.
