Fabulous. I would like to say that I don't usually write reviews. But in this case I felt the need to do so. My husband and I stayed at Hotel Indigo Riverwalk location. We were there for the weekend for a wedding. The hotel was booked solid with wedding, frat party, and convention. Lot's of guests. They handled everyone beautifully. The reason for this review is that I left my purse in the bar. It had alot of cash and everything else you can think of including our car keys. The next morning it was found safe and sound in the office. Thank you Hotel Indigo for your very honest and loyal staff, clean room, great location, and fun bartender. I will stay there again

Better have a backup plan. Booked, paid for room 5 months in advance, verified room the morning of arrival, but no room was available when I arrived. Front desk said another group came in and we would have to go to another hotel for the first night. After that inconvenience, we came back and the room had lightbulbs out, the tub had a hole, and the ceiling had cracks and water stains. Thumbs down, all around!

Consistent. This is what I like about Hawthorne Suites. This one by the Riverwalk was clean, safe, and comfortable which is consistent with the ones in Austin and Houston
