I have been so very impressed with the beauty of the floral designs from this local store. Additionally, the customer service from Jessica and her team is fantastic. I would highly recommend The Tuscan Rose.

Will never use them again. Ordered the flowers for my son's wedding and we stalled for 30 minutes waiting on them to be delivered. They arrived late. Was told we would get a full refund and after arguing with a manager and her trying to blame the bride she finally agreed to refund part of the money. If you are planning to use them for a special occasion. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THEM. I would hate for you all to have to go thru the stressed that we did on this once in a life time event

Mrs. Veronica E. I would like to take this opportunity to explain to you the situation and challenges with your son's wedding. Unfortunately the address given by the bride was the wrong one. This is the reason we do a contract to ensure we have the correct information. Luckily we were able to deliver the flowers before the wedding ceremony started. The Money paid for flowers equaled $250, which all flowers were used. We did give you a refund for half of the amount paid even though we had the wrong information on the contract provided by the bride. The refund was a courteous gesture and could have held you accountable to your contract.

Emergency order filled promptly. I needed an arrangement in a particular vase color within the hour. I found Tuscan Rose on this website and called them first thing in the morning. I was able to email them a photo of what I wanted and took care of the paperwork on the phone. I swung by, picked up the made to order arrangement and dashed to my destination. They were thoughtful enough to place the vase down inside a large pot, with crumpled paper cushioning inside for transportation. It was very convenient, in my case, that they are located at Huebner/Blanco--right between my home and where I was going with the flowers!

Maybe they were having a bad day. I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to a hospital to welcome a new baby. I chose this shop because of their previous high reviews and because they were located close to that hospital. At 5:45 PM on the day after I placed the order via their website, AND got confirmation that the shop had received my order, I found out the recipient still had not received it! I called the shop and was told yes they had my order

You've gotta stop in!!!!. Tuscan Rose flowers has always cusomized my arrangements to fit who i was sending them to! They asked me information on the personality of the recipiet and their favorite colors and things and so forth to better personalize the orders. My friends have never loved any gift better than the arrangements or gift baskets they have recieved from The Tuscan Rose. Thank You for your help.

FRESH, CHic, & ever so affordable!!!!!!!. This Flower shop must be one of the best kept secrets around amador county!

I live in San Francisco and am spoiled with creative variety, yet when searching for a flower shop.

Really Impressed!!!. Nice to have a real flower shop with a family owned business. I called 4 other stores and they were not even in San Antonio!!! I sent a beautiful bouquet of tropical flowers and my boss was very impressed, we even switched our account to The Tuscan Rose at work becasue she was so impressed. Highly recommend using them.
