Please don't use the service of room#38. I have an appointment at noon. It is at 12:30 PM. She hasn't started to do anything at all. The person is very not nice. I won't come back to use the service at this room. NO ROOM 38
I had a pedicure done this morning at
Diva Nails with my Groupon purchase. The room was pleasant and very cosy with a manicure table in the corner and a pedicure chair at the other corner. Throughout the pedicure she was on the phone a lot and talking very loudly in Spanish. Once she hung up the phone and said "Teenagers! They're a pain in the f**** ass!" Took me off guard by that comment. She was rather bullish in her manner in her customer service. I said I would want to buy an antifungal treatment solution if she had some. She sold it to me for $25 and I discovered later on Amazon it was just selling for $5.75 plus shipping! I'm still reeling from being "cheated" with such an exorbitant price. I believe if she wanted to make some money out of me because of her independant business, that is normal, but by charging me over 400% she was very dishonest and unscrupulous.
I will not be going back to that business again.
I have been trying to make an appointment with "Aly" since early May. I have called and emailed multiple times without ANY response. I don't understand how you can run a customer service-based business and behave in such an unprofessional manner. I also bought the Groupon and have since filed an official complaint and asked for/expect a refund. Groupon should no longer work with this person unless they too want to lose customers.
Horrible customer service!!! The process of making my appointment has been so exhausting that I am not even going to use my Groupon. She is extremely rude and unprofessional, and she should not be in customer service!
Horrible Customer Service. This is the worst, most unprofessional customer service that I have endured in a very long time. I got a groupon for this place and was calling to make an appt. and after many attempts she finally calls me back. So I tell her I would like to make an appt and she says " well your going to have to wait two months because I have 800 people" I didn't have a problem what so ever redeeming it in two months. So I ask her the first available Saturday and she says " I told you in two months". Ok I have a lot of patience to continue this conversation considering the attitude I was receiving. But I do I then ask her what day does she have available and she tells me July 23rd. So tell I her that I would need a sat and I see that on the calendar that July 23rd is a mon and she tells me " well you have the wrong calendar because mine says its a Saturday." That was the last straw for me. I told her " ma'am you are being very rude to me I am just trying to make an appt" and tells me " well if you don't like it then call groupon to get your money back because I am not going to help you." Ok for one horrible customer service skills and second I've never heard of someone throwing business away. I then told her that I will be calling groupon to get my money back bc that was just unacceptable. She then began yelling at me. I will be putting in a formal complaint to groupon about this lady. I'm still in shock. Also I hardly believe 800 ppl bought that groupon and from the looks of the previous reviews it doesn't look like her business will last long with that attitude towards new customers. If I could put no star i wouldve.
Beware Divas are Delirious. First off I find it repulsive to think that a company or any business would run a promo using Living Social or Groupon and then treat new customers like dirt. My friend went to make an appointment and she was treated rude, condescending, and in a disrespectful manner. This hostess at the front acted as if they were a Beverly Hills salon only worthy of exclusive celebrity clients!!! Anyone who decides to walk through your doors should be treated equally and with respect. Your business is far too competitive to be picky and choosey as to who walks through your doors. Business must not be too good either if you are resorting to 3rd party coupon specials. I recommend the next time someone comes in you treat them like royalty or else it might be your last customer, jerk (the girl at the front desk!) And you get 1 star because it won't let me put ZERO stars!!! No one go to this place, EVER!
BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. Aly gave me THE BEST manicure and pedicure I've EVER had. If you purchased a Groupon, it states how many were purchased... you can see that 800 were bought; don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. It's common sense. It's one lady. She can only do so much. Don't get mad at someone else for your ignorance.
Horrible!!!. I purchased a groupon for this place and the fine print stated to contact them 48 hours in advance for an appt and to mention the groupon. I did that and was informed by Aly that She did not have any appointments until July. I figured I could probably use a pedi then do I asked if I could make an appt for Juky and she said I would have to call back closer to July to get an appt. she said because she had so many purchases off groupon, WOW.
Eh! Not so great.. I felt she did a great job on my pedicure but her attitude towards customers was rude and demeaning. I found her to be rude and annoying. She watched tv and answered the phone the whole time I was there. However the nails looked great and lasted a long time!
I had the greatest time here! Such a pleasant and comfortable place to get you nails done!

Aly is a gracious and polite woman, she definitely knows what she is doing. And she did such an amazing job with my nails. She will also give some great ideas on what to get for your nails if you are not sure on what to get. And she does it with great smile too! I really felt like a real diva! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
I will absolutely go back to Diva Nails again!
