I find it comforting when a technician listens to your issues and gives you accurate informative feedback. The plumber that came out (Troy) took care of us and was very professional! This is a top notch company with great employees! 5 stars!

Excellent job guys! Troy did an excellent job fixing up our running toilet. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. After calling a few other plumbers it was obvious just by the professionalism of the phone call that Mr. Plumber was going to be my choice to do the job. Super nice and communicated with me every step of the way. We'll definitely be calling Mr. Plumber again!

Perfectionist and Professional. My Central A/C and heating of course would go out in our weird cool and hot, humid weather. MR À/c and Mr plumber installed 2 units at a great price and came back several times to make sure everything was 100 percent operational. Brandon is A GReat Tech, plus Ally at the office always followed up. I am now paying $120/mo instead of $350!!!! on electric bill on this 2 story Old House. Thanks Tony A. on the NW side of SATX.

Excellent Service. I purchased a older home recently and had to call Mr Plumber to the rescue. Mr William Northington was the technican who responded. His team has had to replace my main water line from the city meter to the house 43' and they completed it in just a few hours. Unbelievable service, professional. A month later, I discovered a loose toilet and a broken flange. I called William back, he discovered the bathroom drain pipes were broken and cracked with the use of a camera. After a day of digging it was also discovered a large void had developed under the cemet slab due to the bathroom pipes leaking water. William assured me the problem could be solved if I choose to do it. William gave me several options and never pressured us. His main concern was to provide the best possible service and solutions for us. Professional, honest and a deep commitment to public service. One of the finest individuals I have met. The project was completed and Mr Plumber William saved our home. This is a unique and honest company, they deliver. I will be using this company again. Many thanks William!!!!!!!

Awesome Service and Response Time. Mr AC came out to fix my system the same day I called. It was even after business hours! Mike, the technician, came out and within 30 minutes had fixed the capacitor, told us about their membership program, and left. He not only, fixed the problem, but let me know exactly what was wrong with the capacitor and the symptoms to know what it is next time. Mr AC was great and I would recommend them to all of my friends.

Super Great!. I called Mr AC after finding them on Google. The website said free service call so i had them come out after my system stopped cooling. After the gentleman came out and diagnosed my ac he told me my condenser needed to be replaced and gave me a quote. I told him i needed to wait for my husband to come home to make the decision. He never charged me a dime to come out and he spent about an hour at my home. After shopping around, i found that their price was about what I was getting quoted around town. I decided to let them do the work and I could not have been happier.
