Unexperienced Staff! The worst experience!. I bought a discount deal online for a mani and pedi at a price of $30. I call and schedule an appt. on the day of my appt. I am asked to show up 2 hrs in advance. When I asked why the change is hr, some lady answered that they were closing early and that someone in the salon must have lost their mind. Are you serious!? VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Despite that issue I show up and they basically took my nail polish off and repainted my nails. Once again, are you serious! I could have done this at home! For my pedi, my feet were not scrubbed at all and my cuticles were not removed. With my mani, the lady just removed my nail polish and painted my nails. I could not get a refund!! AAAHHHHH! They even had the decency to offer me for extra cost of $20 Shellac nail polish. With this service...NO! The staff seemed as they were not even certified! The worse mani and pedi ever! This is a beauty salon but every staff member had the worse hair....dried and damaged! Very strange! I will never go their ever again. I would recommend everyone to save your money and go else where! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Especially on the side of town it is located you would have expected better service. NEVER AGAIN!

Outstanding Color great service. A coworker of mine told me about her hair stylist that she is great this n that, she's been trying to get me to go to her stylist but seen i have had bad service done to me in the pass by aother salons i just gave up, but luckly i went to ths salon with my coworker, thank god i did, i could tell this stylist has alot knowlege the things she explain no one had ever gave so much information in regards to color n style, this person really knows what she's doing, my hair looks great and i feel great, this is the best service i have had done in my life, Thanks DD you have my vote, i highly recommen DD to all my friends and coworkers. Thanks

Great experiences. Just have to say I had a great experience at Alta Belleza. The stylist, Meghan, did a great color and everyone, including the owner was very friendly. I enjoyed my time there so much, I went back and had a pedicure as soon as they could get me in.

The salon is on Blanco and is really easy to get to if you are coming from 281. Just zip across Bitters, turn left, go a few blocks and you are there.

EEE "Extremely Exceeded Expectations!!!". Last weekend I visited San Antonio and I found "DD Alta Belleza Salon" and I had a great experience there. I had my highlights done, did a keretin treatment for my hair, had my manicure and pedicure, and I LOVED IT!!!

Also very professional service and friendly personnel.

I really recommend it.

Very disappointed. I tried this salon because I got a coupon for a good price on a manicure and pedicure, but I was very disappointed. First, the selection of "regular" colors was very limited. All the best colors were gel or premium polishes, which were an extra $20, so that ate up the savings from the coupon. Then the manicurist cut my toe during the pedicure. She kept trying to stop the bleeding with cotton balls dipped in alchohol, which was painful and which got cotton fluff in the polish. She finally found an anetheseptic wipe that I could press on until the bleeding stopped, so she could finish the pedicure. After that was done, they informed me that, even though I had specifically gotten approval to upgrade to acrylics in my manicure for an additional fee, the only person who knew how to do acrylics (it is a very small shop) didn't actually work that day. I needed the acrylics because some of my nails were broken short and I had a big event coming up. Icouldn't get a manicure refund though because I had a pre-paid coupon. So, I had to drive around town and find a salon that could do them. Overall, a very bad experience. I definitely would not go back.

Great Color Care and a bag of chips.... I found this salaon completely by accident! I was meeting a friend at Tost Bistro next door and noticed the salon sign. I was in need of a bad color correction and decided to stop and ask if someone there could fix my orange hair. DD, the owner of the salon, was able to work a miracle with the color and get it back to my natural dark brown hair and added some very complimentary highlights. I've been going back every since then. DD knows her way around color!! I've followed all of her recommendations for color application and I have not been disappointed yet. Great suggestion but never pushy and my results are always great :)!

more than satisfied!. I went into DD alta belleza salon because I had purchased a coupon for a deep conditioning on my hair with a cut and style. I've had quite a few issues with previous salons and was somewhat nervous to let someone new do my hair but, I soon realized Meghan was completely in control of the service. She explained to me what she thought would be beneficial to my style and then asked me what my styling habits were and how I felt about her recommendations. After finishing the consultation meghan did the cut while holding a very entertaining conversation with me. She styled my hair out and it was almost thrilling to see the new look! I hadn't seen my hair look that nice in a long time and I left feeling truly rejenerated! I can't wait for my next visit!

Very Good Service. Let me start by saying am 64 yeards old i have always had problems with my hair loss and very thin hair have try all products name it and i try it, came to DD Alta Belleza Salon and Megan the hair stylist did my hair she was very friendly she did my hair stlye and cut she is very profecional ,she also recommended me a shampoo kit for my hair loss, have been using the shampoo for a month and i can see the great results am very happy, now y no one has ever sold me this wonderful product, Thanks Megan.

I found this salon online,i saw the review's i said i will try this salon been tring differnt salon for a good time know, wow need to tell you DD the master stylist really nail my color and highligths she really knows what she's doing from the very begging i knew that she has lot of training the way she was discribing my options i knew that she knew what she is doing she gave confidence, well for the frist time i spend my money well spend, I will recommend DD Alata Belleza Salon to all my friends, Thanks DD
