Best Facial Ever!!. Visited Escape Spa today and had an awsome facial and brow wax! I have Rosacea and sensitive skin and I am always afraid of getting facials, but Sumia gave me the most wonderful relaxing facial ever! Waxing my eyebrows is always a bit scary because you never know what the outcome will be, but once again Sumia surpassed my expectations! Needless to say I will be coming back to get my hair cut and colored very soon and for another facial. Did I mention their prices are AWSOME? Well they are!

Excellent Salon with Excellent Service. Escape is an excellent Salon with excellent customer service. From the time I walked through the door to the time I was in my car, I was treated with the best customer service. I was greated with a smile by Whitney, who could not have been more pleasant. My hair stylist, Taylor, is UNBELIEVABLE! As always she does an excellent job on my hair (trying to make me a bit better looking than when I walked in). As I paid and left, I was looking forward to my next hair appt. Renee, you have done an excellent job capturing the essence of a quality business, great service. Thank you!

a day at the spaaa....ahhhhhh!. i had been to Escape Spa once before, for a "waterless" pedicure, but today, i had a color and cut appointment today with Sam. Sam definitely knew his stuff and i was so pleased with my hair, even though when i first got there, i really wasnt sure exactly what i was going to be doing with it. NEXT....it was Catherine, who not only gave me a wonderful hand and scalp massage, but also gave me yet, another waterless pedicure. oh my gosh, her hands felt like magic! last, but certainly not least, was Sureyma, who waxed my eyebrows and gave me a "mini facial". with each of these services, each employee who assisted me, not only gave me all the info i needed in order to understand what they were doing or why, but they gave me their undivided and personal attention. lets just say, i went in there for a color and cut....but left 4 hours later with other services. (and i STILL didnt want to leave!) i highly recommend Escape Spa and Salon. you'll leave feeling like a million bucks!

Very Nice Staff. I have never been to a spa or salon first of all but, when I made the decision to go I was very impressed with Escape Spa & Salon. The staff is wonderful and welcomed me like an long lost friend! I am use to the best and they delivered spades!!! I want to mention that Kristin Sandoval made me feel like a million bucks! So would I go back? You darn right I have and will!!!

Best Salon and Spa in San Antonio!!!. This is the best salon and spa in San Antonio!!!! Staff is very attentive and make you feel right at home!!! I recently got my hair done and a big thank you to Sam who gave me an amazing new look... great color and cut!!! Sam is daaaa bomb!!!!!! Also Kristin did my mani and she is amazing... very gentle with your hands and she is now my manicurist ...can't wait to go for another mani and pedi!!!! You will love this salon!!! :)
