I went into this store on Sat about
2pm. Ok--so it's a weekend and you would say that a lot of people shop on weekends and therefore wait times are expected. Have you ever been in an Apple Store on the weekend--and seen the number of sales reps they have available? It's not 2-3 like a whole bunch of other places. They over-staff their stores because they know people will come out. I was looking into getting an Iphone 4S for my wife. There were plenty of sales people (blue shirts) but like another reviewer already mentioned--they either didn't seem to have a sense of urgency in helping customers or spent time restocking shelves. So 30 minutes later I tell my wife forget about it--not waiting (or bending over) for them. Not dying like many to get one today. I wonder if this attitude prevalent only at this store. They make you feel like they're doing you a favor by being there and you should be honored to even have a store like this where you live. I shouldn't have to go after a sales representative just to purchase one of their products. Well, I won't be going my way anymore (20+ miles) to visit/shop at this store. I don't care if it's Apple and I'm sure the prima donnas working at that store won't even lose any sleep. If you don't mind spending a quarter of your day in the store--then it might so be a big deal for you. If you value your time--you might want to consider visiting the store during the work week. Good Luck.
