PLUMBER + SAN ANTONIO I arrived home to a broken water pipe. I called about 5-6 different plumbers, everyone was either closed or charged between $65-$125 just to come for an estimate. ONLY Roto-Rooter offered FREE estimate that same night, no appointment required. Definately recommend Roto-Rooter, I had Johnny #1224, great guy, professional, friendly, and courteous! The job came with a 1 year warranty, great peace of mind. Great Job!

We called Roto-Rooter at around 9 PM because of major leak in our bathroom and were told that a plumber would arrive between 9 PM and 1 AM. At around 10 PM we received a phone call saying that a plumber would not be coming and that we could reschedule for the next day.

We were trying to fix a leaky bathtub faucet. When our home was built the contractor installed a two part rough in-valve and my husband was trying to replace the innards. Sadly but expected of cheap parts, it broke. We called an acquaintance at 10am who is a plumber but he was busy with his son's birthday party but could take care of it later. I understand that people have things going on in their lives but we heard nothing from him all day. 4pm had come and gone and having house guests and being without water was complicated. My husband called Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service on Metro Parkway in San Antonio. I was a little hesitant to use them because my only experience with them had been rootering and we had copper pipe that needed welding. I was amazed by the expert job he did. We were fortunate to have such a great technician Jon Duncan 1050. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Sunday Afternoon at 4:45PM, I called Mr. Rooter to come out and fix a clogged toilet. This is an emergency to us because our mother who lives with us has alzheimers. Needless to say, I need the toilet unclogged asap. Well Mr. Rotor never showed, so I called Roto Rooter at 9:45PM and Wil Dubuque from Roto Rooter came out was a professional and fixed our clogged Toilet. Wil was awesome and I will only use Roto Rooter in the future. His response to our call was at one hour and he was out of the house by 11:15!!!!! Great Service!!!!! Thanks Wil and Roto Rooter!!!!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers July 2012 service I googled to find a plumber in San Antonio and saw a lot of good reviews for Roto Rooter.. so i decided to go with them. I checked out their website and it made booking online fast and easy! Their guy showed up when he said he would (got a call an hour prior as well to let me know when he would be there), he was informative, walked me through what he was going to do and later what the problem was and how he would fix it. Will definitely recommend and use them again!

Called Roto-Rooter to fix 2 toilets and a kitchen sink knob that was loose. Johnny Garcia came out and was excellent. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He went the extra mile to resolve the problem and explained everything to me. Pricing was fair and straightforward. I will definitely use this company again.

Price is what you pay, value is what you getâ?¦.

An infestation of a jumbled tangle of tree roots extending from the toilet, to the city

main, the better part of 73 feet. I believe the extent of this blockage was due to previous plumbers doing a incomplete temporary fix rather than alleviating the entire problem.

This jumble of roots ranged in size from small, fine, flimsy, infant-size to small rope

Size (3/16â??) with wood-like outer cover.

Performance:

Before inspection, provided quote to: 1) clear blockage, 2) perform in-pipe camera inspection of Drain line.

Worked continuously and tirelessly for 4 hours repeating two steps at least 5 times:

1) Auger line pass from toilet to city main, 2) camera inspection of line after

Each auger pass with the ultimate result of removing ALL roots

After root removal strongly recommended chemical treatment of RootX to kill

Remaining roots at points of entry for a reasonable additional charge

Upon completion cleaned up the mess and said his work is guaranteed for six months.

Drain Technician, Joe Galindoâ??s performance is exactly what every paying customer expects, but rarely, if ever, receives.

I whole heartedly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone with an interest in fast, efficient, and fair resolution to their plumbing problems and will call on them again when the need arises.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers (May 2012). We needed a plumber this past weekend. Being new to San Antonio we weren't quite sure who to call. We were very happy with the service from Roto-Rooter. Our technician, Daniel, was very helpful and courteous. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

SERVICE & PRICE... Excellent. Sean - 04-25-12 - After renting both large and small electric 'snakes to the tune of a little over $120.00 and workin' my behind off attempting to clear the drain myself, late in the afternoon I asked my better half to call Roto-Rooter. I did NOT expect R-R to be out till the next day. Johnny Garcia, Tech# 62-1224, arrived within an hour, professionally and correctly assessed the problem, clearly explained my choices and the associated prices and began work immediately upon my agreement to have the drain cleaned out. An hour or so later, Johnny showed me what had been removed from the drain and the drain flowed freely. Johnny then ran a camera through the drain pointing out various issues and again clearly explaining my options. It was indeed interesting what could be seen through the camera. Having gone through the hassle & costs of renting the 'snakes' and the DIY process, I felt the price Roto-Rooter charged was MORE than reasonable. Johnny Garcia's professional attitude and demeanor were simply a bonus to some excellent service.

Roto Rooter has the best service ever!!!. Audubon Apartments had a service call on 4-25-12 and were very impressed with the service we recieved. We were notified by phone and email that the technicians were on the way. We had John and Johnny working on the repair. The repair was very very timely, neat, organized, and professional. We will continue to use Roto Rooter and reccomend them to anyone. We will also be requesting John and Johnny each time!
