Roto-rooter Plumbers 09/16/2011. Sept. 16,2011

Very professional service. I had a copper pipe leak in my attic. I called late in the evening at 8pm, and a Service professional was dispatched to my home 2 hours later.

The service was performed promptly, and Benjamin,(my Tech) got my problem resolved!

He was very polite and cleaned up any mess that was made.

Thank You Roto-Rooter for have qualified professionals like Benjamin working for you.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers August 29, 2011. Contacted Roto-Rooter for a service visit for my elderly mom (89 yrs) and requested a Spanish speaking tech. A tech arrived at her residence within an hour of the phone call. He was accompanied by a trainee. I arrived at the house minutes later to accompany my mom through the service call. The tech., Johnny Garcia was very friendly, yet very professional. He explained the problem, provided a price and got to work immediately. My observation was that he was a very good mentor to the trainee. The service did not suffer due to his training the trainee. His Spanish was very good when communicating with my mom. My mom was so pleased with him and his demeanor that she showed him pictures of the family. He was very accommodating, but did not waste any time. As a good mentor, he let the trainee summarize the service as the call ended and he supervised the entire transaction before leaving. I am extremely satisfied with the quick service, but more importantly with the great customer service. By the way, the young lady that took the initial call to schedule the service also provided excellent customer service.

Prompt, courteous, professional. It was so convenient to request a service on call online and schedule the appointment. I was contacted the next morning 2 hours prior to the scheduled time and was offered an earlier vist which I jumped on. George H., arrived at our home 15 minutes later as he was in the area and troubleshooted the issue immediately and provided a quote. We proceeded with the repair and were very pleased with the outcome. George explained the repair process and kept us involved the entire duration of the repair. He also provided us some tips on maintenance and preventation to minimize future plumbing issues. We will certainly recommend your services to neighbors, friends, coworkers and family.

Outstanding Professional Service. The plumber Daniel arrived within 35 minutes of my calling; promptly identifying himself, and explaining the costs and what he needed to do to solve our plumbing problem.

He was extremely courteous and professional; and went straight to work without any delays. Daniel took the time to answer my questions about what he was doing and why. Additionally, he offered suggestions as to the products and other services that his company sold in order that this problem would not happen again.

I'm retired U. S. air Force and was very impressed by this young man. I will recommend this company to all my friends and church members, and will definitely call and ask specifically for Daniel should we ever need the services of Roto-Rooter in the future.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. I scheduled an appointment online with Roto-Rooter San Antonio after reading some reviews online. I was definitely pleased by the service I received. The plumber Tim arrived early than expected and was very professional. I appreciated the way Tim went above and beyond what I expected in both his work and professionalism. He was very up front about the price and the work he was going to perform. I was very satisifed with Roto-Rooter and will definitely use them in the future.

Roto-Rooter Water Heater Replacement. After twenty years, our water heater finally heated its last forty gallons. Concerned with the cost of a plumber to just take a look at the system, I called two companies to ask for an inspection price. The first company charged $50, and Roto-Rooter was free. Going with the free inspection, I set up an appointment for the next day with Roto-Rooter. When Dustin (plumber) arrived, he was very polite, and seemed happy to take a look at our heater problem. He identified the problem quickly and gave us several options on a new heater. Not only did he give us great pricing options, but he also understood the price range we were looking for and did his best to stay within that range. When he returned to replace the water heater, he answered my questions, and replaced the system as if it were his own. He made sure everything worked properly before he left, and had a great attitude the whole time. This by far is the best service attitude out there and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for your outstanding service.

Roto-Rooter saved the day!!. We just moved into our new home over the holiday weekend. We soon found that the drains were not draining...a house full of people and no available showers or toilets. I called customer service on the morning of July 4th and asked for help. The agent on the line was very reassuring and comforting...she put me at ease with the situation and had someone out promptly. Dustin was the first to arrive and got to work immediately...he was very professional, friendly and informative. Eugene and Hugo came to assist with the work once it was determined that the problem was on the city side. Wouldn't you know it...they also displayed the same attributes as Dustin. Amazing! Great customer service on July 4th. Most people don't want to work on a holiday, but they didn't seem to mind at all. They were truly focused on getting our situation taken care of. They spent their July 4th with us fixing our plumbing!! They made sure that we understood what was wrong, what needed to happen, and what steps we would need to take from that point. The customer service overall was impeccable...please give these people some recognition for the fantastic job they did. We will definitely share this experience with everyone we know! Thank you...Thank you...Thank you!!

He explained everything to me clearly, informed me of other products available without being pushy, kept the area clean and the service was fast. The prices were good. I compared to 2 others and even went online to look at the price of faucets. He is very courteous. Thank you

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 6/24/2011. I just bought my first home and when I got it inspected, I discovered there were a few plumbing issues that needed to be addressed sooner rather than later. I looked up a plumber in San Antonio online, and Roto-Rooter popped up first, so I called, and was able to get someone to come out that same day! George was friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job fixing/installing the various things that I needed. He made sure to show me and explain to me how the different shut-offs work and where they are should I ever have a leak. There were also several things that he threw in for no extra labor costs which ended up saving me a ton of money! If I ever have another plumbing problem, I know exactly who to call!
