Wonderful experience. I don't understand the previous review, because we hired Loretta at Heavenly Gourmet and had a wonderful experience! Our guests complimented the artfully prepared food, there was plenty of it, and it was delicious! We have since recommended several other friends, and they have all been happy. All I can say is that the previous reviewer must have had a terrible wedding planner, because we dealt face-to-face with Loretta and made sure we had all of our details down to the gnat's eyebrow (several times) just to make sure it all went well, which it did. I think she needed to blame her wedding planner, not Loretta!! She did a wonderful job for us!!

HORRIBLE WEDDING. I was married over two years ago and my wedding planner suggested Heavenly Gourmet. It was the worst decision ever! He gave her (Loretta) the itinerary for the event, so she knew what time to be there. First off, she did not attend the event as she had promised to, and her staff was over two hours late. There were no drinks, no hor d'oeuvres, so everything was served at the same time. When it was served there was a LONG line for the buffet, which was contrary to the order that she promised. Then she threatened to shut down our bar because we refused to pay the $100 for napkins that our wedding planner ordered from her at the last minute. We had a few people that left early because they were HUNGRY! Her staff was not well groomed to top it off. Like I said, my wedding was two years ago and it still upsets me when I think about my special day! I guess you get what you pay for!
