Great experience very prompt service, professional and courteous staff. Smooth Solutions has the best service hands down. They work with you anyway they can. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

BEWARE!!! As of today I have yet to receive a refund that is due to me since Smooth Solutions closed their Austin, Texas location over two (2) years ago. I have left messages to Kim (Account Manager) and to Steven Finder, MD. Have they have NOT call me back. According to their letters they sent, they will issue refunds once they are able to.

From what I understand, Jeffrey Adelglass, MD acquired the Plano/DFW (Smooth Solutions) locations in September 2012 for undisclosed amount. If that is the case, shouldn't Dr Finder be able to give the refunds to those who requested it?

As uncomfortable as I was, the staff made me feel at ease. The staff is wonderful. It was great, everyone is very friendly, seem to be happy to be there, and very helpful.
