DO NOT GO TO THIS USED APPLIANCE OUTLET 6818 N LOOP 1604. I HAVE READ SIMILAR BAD REVIEWS. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I OVER PAID AND GOT THE RUN AROUND. WISH I HAD BOUGHT NEW. THE WASHER STOPPED WORKING LESS THAN 4 MONTHS AFTER BUYING IT. TOOK FOREVER FOR THEM TO COME OUT. NEVER RETURNED CALLS. NEVER ONTIME. I PRACTICALLY HAD TO HARRASS THEM TO COME OUT. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
