great doctor. I'll start off first by saying Dr. Martinez is an EXCELLENT doctor, with great bedisde manner. She's personable, and she really takes her time with me when I go in. I have a certain condition that usually leads me to ask a lot of questions and she always takes her time to answer them and explain things to me.

While I will continue to go back for her expertise and kindness, I'm not a huge fan of her office staff. The office is pretty quiet upfront, so when the lady at the front desk (she was filling in - I believe she's some sort of manager there...) complains about patients bringing their kids to the appointment when there are two women with their kids there in the waiting room...it's insulting and makes patients feel bad. Fortunately she's not there everyday. The MA only smiled and was cordial to me when the doctor was around. I asked her for my previous weight for a previous office visit twice. She either didn't hear me or ignored me the first time, then rolled her eyes the second time and said she'd get it for me. The doctor was the one who gave it to me.

The doctor seems to weed through these problems pretty quickly with employees, so hopefully the problem will solve itself when it's time for me to go back.
