THE WORST SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. They came out to service our sub zero, and it went from bad to worse.

The guy ended up never fixing it and he ruined our floors. In fact he left my sub zero in worse shape than before!

I called to let the company know, and the receptionist was very rude to me, and hung up on me. She let me know that the customer was not always right, and that we had no proof. On top of being very rude, they said that I signed off on the job, which never happened, so that makes me think they are very dishonest as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY< VERY BAD!!

Good news is that instead of the thousands of dollars they were going to charge me, I found a company that fixed it for 1/4 of the cost. This company is unprofessional.
