AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place is TERRIBLE!! I was originally going to order some specialty items from them, but when they needed additional information prior to placing the order with their glass supplier, we figured out it wasn't going to work. After that, they had NO desire to fulfill the remainder of the work. It took 7 (YES SEVEN!) trips by this place to finally get the 6 pieces of plexi glass and glass ordered from them (pretty standard items). When my wife went by to pick them up, he was EXTREMELY rude (I was on the phone and heard the interaction), and then literally threw the materials into the back of her car. This business is rude, uncooperative, unorganized, and quite honestly, does not deserve to have the "New Braunfels" name! I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place.…
