Skincare By Chelsea is a wonderful experience!.
I have gone to Chelsea for three years. There is always a peaceful, relaxing and professional atmosphere.
Her techniques and equiptment are superb and all of her products are customized to fit your needs or concerns! She does it all. From waxing to facials. I've used her for all of them and always was delighted with the results.
And if you need a makeover she definately talented. Whether I've needed a dramatic look or just help with makeup application she's always given me the look I wanted.
I would definately recommend her!!!!
