Hard to schedule - expected better customer service. I am new to San Antonio and based on online reviews decided that this would be a great place to try. I am in desperate need of highlights and a hair cut so I called to make an appointment with a stylist. Since I'm new and don't know anyone yet I figured I would just call up and ask for whoever was available at the same time I was. I was told that all of the stylist were independent and that I would have to call them directly to make an appointment. I was a little surprised by this. I have been to several salons where the stylist are independent but they have always had a centralized scheduling service. I then went onto the website and started clicking stylists names to get phone numbers to start calling (a little annoyed that I have to make several phone calls to try and schedule something) but the individual phone numbers are not listed so I'm really at a loss as to how to get an appointment. Long story short, if you know who you want to see and have their contact information this is probably a great place but if you don't, good luck. I am still planning on eventually trying this place out but for now I think I'll just go somewhere else. If I am able to make an appointment I'll update the review and let you know how it went.

BEST HAIR AND COLOR EVER!!!!!. I am so excited!!! I just went to a stylist in this salon and got the best hair cut and color I have ever had!!! I reccomend any one looking for a new stylist to contact him ASAP!!!!

Upscale Salon with a friendly atmosphere!. This salon offers a variety of services. It is unique in that each service is provided by professionals who lease their own suites and who specialize in hair, nails,facials, massage, sunless tanning, and so much more. If you want a one stop shop with quality services, this is the place to go. I have been extremely pleased with all of these services and would recommend this salon to everyone!

The best spa day. This spa is definitely the place to be. They offer so many wonderful services and they only work with the best of the best. Everyone treats their clients like a VIP member. My Massage, facial, and pedicure were hands down amazing. Thank you so much Lisa, Elizabeth, and Liza!

Very relaxing and professional. I had the most wonderful massage, in fact it's the best I have ever had!!

Ifelt so relaxed when done instead of feeling beat up, like so many places I have been.

I will be back and I will tell all my friends!!

Five Star Salon for San Antonio. This is definitly the type of salon San Antonio has been needing. I was relaxed the minute I walked in by the water feature. The front desk receptionist greeted me and took me room to room to see who was going to help me on the 1/2 day spa retreat package my husband bought me. I am telling everyone that The Oasis is the salon to go to if you want to be pampered.
