Thai Lao Orchid out in Leon Springs. I am trying new places in my area. I love Thai food and decided to try this place in Leon Springs.

The service was great. The people were really nice and accommodating. I gave a 4 because of the service. Otherwise I would have just given a 3.

The food... It was OK. Nothing fantastic. It was just good. I would definitly go again, expecially since the food was not bad.

I had the spicy beef Pad Thai. It was really spicy. I have had this at other restraunts and their spicy was not as hot. I was a bit shocked. There was a nice blend of heat with flavor, so the flavor of the dish was not covered by the spice.

They also do sushi. When I walked in, though, there was a fish smell. So I tried to stay clear of anything raw, just in case.

Over all this place was a nice place to eat. It is quiet and non pretentious. If I am in the mood for Thai food I would definitly go back.
