Lasik Surgery - Wonderful Service! Yvette really knows her stuff. You don't get to meet the surgeon at other places, and I was happy to meet Dr. Marten at my screening. The process was smooth and easy. I am happy with my vision.

SUPER GREAT EXPERIENCE.
I went there for lasek and had great experience. It is unfair to say that the ENTIRE staff disrespects everyone since you (a patient) will only deal with a couple of techs and the doctor. My tech (Paula) and Dr. Marten were phenomenal. They cared for me as if I were family. They listened to my questions and concerns instead of passing them off. If you go here, schedule with Paula and Dr. Marten . They are so AMAZING!!.
BTW....IT IS UNFAIR TO POST THE SAME THING 4 TIMES SO IT MAKES THE RATINGS LOWER.

Terible Office Staff. Although the doctors are good with their patients, the office staff is rude and the entire group shows no respect for patients...elderly (88 and 79 year old) patients are made to sit for over an hour at each visit because "they overbooked" and there is no apology...front desk staff just tell you"that's how it is and we can't do anything about it." Horrible treatment by staff, but the surgery went well (although two hours late) and Dr. Marten is competent.
