RIP OFF!!! Complete liars. We called from an ad on craigslist for a tow truck and we set up the tow with the option of an estimate... We called several times to find out status on our truck and wan not able to reach the original person who set everything up!!! Well after time we decided to get on to them (2 weeks) they had informed us our truck was ready with all new parts??? I had not authorized repairs, but decided to go and just pay so we could have it back... We arrive and request to see it and the whole truck was taken apart inside & out, part of the lift had been stole and the new parts were spray painted :(( I called the police after I was told pay or leave ( No signed agreement for repairs was made) so the police meet us down the road and told us they do this ALL the time and nothing can be done, we had to pay or leave the truck!!! Although the police tried everything. We paid the $1,800 for a new rear end ( which was used one-painted). It took the guy 30 mins to bring it out to us and he was VERY rude! Well it's been abot 2 months and due to the work they did I have a broken axel and the rear end is going out again. Stay away from these crooks, they need to be shut down and I don't understand why the police can't do more... I just hate to think of all the poor people this has happened to already and you obviously have no choice but to pay or lose your vehicle . I don't understand how that is even legal...
