Rudest owner EVER. I called to get information; he kept cutting me off and not letting me finish my sentences. i am not a professional so how am i suppose to know that i have to bring my product in to know if it can be ingraved or not. when i asked who i was speaking with because i was astonished to learn i was speaking w the owner of the place! wow!!! even if they were the only place in san antonio to get this done i will never do business there. how they treat ppl JUST on the phone is horrible i would never feel comfortable taking my product there.
