Awful. I got an arrangement on Valentines day and the delivery person just left it on my porch. The pink roses were already turning brown and petals were falling off the red roses. I called and they said they could make another but it would have to be all red or red and white. I told them I didn't care which. It was supposed to be delivered the following day and nothing. I called the business and nobody answered. Very disappointed and will never order from again.

Highly Recommended!! I don't know what you guys are all complaining about. I've been using Dusty's Flowers for over a decade. They are my go-to florist. I'm in the Air Force and have been geographically seperated from wife who lives in our home here in san antonio and I have counted on Dusty's for all my floral needs... living in Southern California, I call Dusty's, living in North Carolina, I call Dusty's. I even called Dusty's from Iraq. I have never experienced a hickup. I call, they have all my personal information on file, I tell them what I want and they know who to send it to.

Very Disappointing Product and Service. Ordered a upgraded premium arrangement thru FTD for my wife to be delivered on Feb 13 as an early Valentine's surprise. Dusty's Flowers filled the order. I was surprised at the poor quality arrangement. I called the store number number numerous times only to be disconnected or transferred to a call center. My call was never returned. The arrangement that was delivered was not an upgraded premium arrangement. It was a small arrangement and many of the roses were substituted with carnations. The arrangement was not even close to what I paid for. Will never use them again.

Disappointing. Very disappointing - we ordered a specific teleflora bouquet, 90.00 dollars worth plus tax, plus delivery - the flowers were not even the same, the decor was not even close. Colors were wrong. The Roses had brown spots. They delievered to the wrong floor / even after we sent a return e-mail to have them correct the address. We can't use them again.

Horrible Service. Did not send product I ordered and I was charged for something that was never delivered. Flowers were small and wrong color. Beware- very uncooperative and forgetful staff.

Freshest flowers and best prices in town!. As a consumer I am always looking for the lowest prices and the best quality and customer service. I ordered flowers from Dusty's Flowers and was very happy with the 5 star customer service I received and was even happier with the quality of flowers! The flowers were beautiful, fresh and great prices!! I would definitely recommend Dusty?s Flowers to all my friends!

BEST customer service!. I have used this florist several times for many different occasions and they have always done beautiful work. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They provide a variety of ways to order such as online, over the phone or in person. I love to go in to order because I can see the flowers and get helpful suggestions. The prices are always very reasonable and they can even help send flowers out of town. I highly recommend this shop for all your floral needs!

YOU WANT IT WHEN?!. Placed order on line with 2 different contact numbers, when flowers were delivered(?) deliverer supposedly called recipient to notify and left message when no one answered phone. Flowers were not delivered and when I called to ask what happened the next day one phone # was not correct, so I called the phone # they had and that person had no record of the delivery call. By 4:30 the following day the flowers still had not been delivered. Happy Birthday dear daughter. HAH!! Thanks for a crappy one

best bang for your buck!. i have been buying my flowers from dustys flowers from the get-go, their staff is always friendly and ordering over the phone doesn't take long. I get my flowers delivered to my house so that i can take them to my friends and family ( and to also check the condition of the flowers and to see if it s what i ordered), i order from them for most holidays and they're always on time. They even deliver on christmas eve! Once they brought me the wrong arrangement, when i called to complain they were really friendly, apologized and had it replaced immediently. i strongly recommend this florist to anyone especially if youve never bought flowers from a florist before
