The backup in place in my company is done with tapes that I have had for many years. My machine was eating the tape destroying it and was having a major malfunction. I brought the machine with the tape stuck in it to Secure Data Recovery Services to hopefully fix and do a tape data recovery. They located 97% of my information. In a minimal amount of time they repaired the tape, machine and also advised me on better systems that aren't outrageously priced. I am a small business owner and they understand the importance of business and cash flow. Their expert technicians and specialty tools did an amazing job. I wanted to thank you again for a job well done and thank you for the recommendations for a higher quality backup system which I will be investing in shortly.

Positive experience The Oracle database we use became infected and was not functioning as it normally did. We opted to use the emergency services. Secure Data Recovery Services offered for the quickest response and turnaround time. In a mere one and a half hours, they did a Database Data Recovery and fixed the errors. My digital media card got jammed into my camera and I broke it in half when I tried to get it out. I took the camera and the other half of the media card to Secure Data Recovery Services and prayed for a miracle. They did a USB & digital media recovery and located 100% of my photos for me! Thank you so much! I had over 1,500 pictures of my grandchildren on the media card and would have been heartbroken if I lost them. Secure Data Recovery Services also put them on a DVD for me! Outstanding tape data recovery. This letter of appreciation is for the outstanding tape data recovery Secure Data Recovery Services executed. One of my employees damaged the machine when the tape became jammed inside. The tape was split and the machine was no longer working. Secure Data Recovery Services fixed both the machine and tape recovering our critical data. I do not know what I would have done without them. It’s nice to know that in this world we live in today there are still ethical, helpful and professional people who do not charge up the kazoo for their services. Thank you

Boy, these guys are the greatest!. USB & Digital Media recovery is not an easy thing to look up in a phonebook. Finally I located Secure Data Recovery Services and asked them if they did that. They said yes. I explained how my smart media card was not working in my laptop or my camera and they said they would take a look at it. After just a couple of hours it was fixed. It somehow became corrupted from a virus I had in my computer. Secure Data Recovery Services recovered everything and now it works like a charm. Boy, these guys are the greatest!

What a service and at a great price!. I went to turn on my laptop and nothing. Tried over and over and nothing! I was not a happy camper. I got the phone book and looked up laptop data recovery companies. I chose Secure Data Recovery Services and brought my laptop to them. They told me that I needed a new hard drive and they would be able to put all my information on the old hard drive onto the new one. WOW! What a service and at a great price! Thank goodness for their services!

These guys are at the top of their game!. I work out of my home using a company laptop. All of my presentations, charts, images etc. are kept on my laptop until Friday when I transfer them all to the server at work. On Thursday when I opened my laptop and turned it on, it started smoking and smelled like burning rubber. I shut it down and removed the battery. I brought it to Secure Data Recovery Services and they explained the procedure of performing a laptop data recovery to me and I was hoping for the best results. I used their emergency services and paid a little extra to have it back that day. I was astonished to hear back from them in less than 2 hours and they captured over 98% of my data. What was lost was not of value, the important info was found. It short circuited and they fixed the problem. These guys are at the top of their game!

I was impressed. We were moving to a new location and the movers dropped our RAID 50 on the ground. I learned saving money on movers isn’t worth it. I hired Secured Data Recovery Services to repair and do a RAID 50 Data Recovery. I wasn’t too sure what was going to be the end result over the next few days. On the third day to came to my new location and set it up. To my amazement it was working well. They repaired the glitches after the fall and I was impressed. Thank for everything.

I would recommend their services to everyone. Secured Data Recovery Services saved the day when they did a laptop data recovery for me after I dropped it down the stairs. I wish to complement their services not only for recovering all my information, but for constantly letting me know what was happeniing with my laptop during the entire process. This was a disastrous situation for me; however Secured Data Recovery Services helped reduce my stress with promising hope. The end result was they fixed my laptop and it is as good as new. Thanks again, a job well done!. Two years after we purchased a RAID 6 data recovery system, we had an operational failure due to a power surge. My teams of technicians tried the recovery and correct the problem, but no luck. I then stepped in and hired Secured Data Recovery Services in San Antonio to look at the RAID 6 issues. Their experts recovered all the data, replaced a couple of drives and now we are back in business. I was extremely impressed with their services, expertise, knowledge, response time and professionalism. This company is now the company I do business with if anything ever goes wrong again.
