Tips for Embassy Suites San Antonio Riverwalk

Very nice. Mother/Daughter trip to see Bluebonnets. No bluebonnets to see, so we made do. Hotel staff was VERY attentive and cooperative . George at desk, Dylan at valet, Richardo at the buffet/dining and Shelia for Security were examples of their friendly and excellent customer service. Wanted to try restaurant, Lukes, but ran out of time. Elevators were slow. Waited 20 minutes for elevator at checkout time during Fiesta. Good location, would have preferred elevator access to Riverwalk level, and easier Riverboat Taxi access, Comfortable room and all amenities were in working order. Would recommend and stay again.
