Awesome customer service and lowest pricing! Martin even rushed to get me my car so that I could make it to a wedding on time! A+

GODBLESS
These guys were up front and charged me the price I was quoted. They didn't sugar coat anything and didn't try to haggle me when I said I didn't want something.
Went to Bring Your Own Parts and had a
very plesant experience, Waiting Room was clean, staff was very
professional and helpful, gave me a estimate to fix my
truck that was very reasonable, as I had checked other
shops to see what they were charging, much better deal here quick service and done right. Would highly recommend this shop for all your auto repairs
they mad a lifetime customer out of me
I definitely would not recommend this
place. I'm not going to bash, I'll just tell you my experience and you can judge for yourself.
I bought a jeep and two weeks into driving it the air conditioner went out. Additionally, when it rained my jeep was sliding down the cobble stone at my apartment complex exit/entrance gates. I think I made the mistake of telling the owner (whom is the one who helped me) that I just bought the Jeep and don't have much history as far as servicing goes. I wasn't sure if it was the stone, the breaks, or if I needed new tired. I went in and was told all my breaks were rusted and they needed to replace all four, they quoted my around $1,000. I asked them to also check out the air conditioning system and was told the compressor was out which is almost replacing the whole air conditioning system, another $1,000. I was also told that it looked like my Jeep needed a complete fluid flush because it looks like it had never been done before, and was quoted another $700. I paid the $120.00 for the checks and left. The next day I went to just breaks and told them what happened with my Jeep and they checked the breaks and told me one of my rear brakes was completely rusted but the rest were fine. I asked him if he was sure because I was told all my breaks were bad and I didnt want to be driving something dangerous, the guy took me to the back to show me and there was minor surface rust on the other 3 breaks but nothing to worry about, I paid a little over $200 (free break check) and I havent had any type of problems since then. I then took my Jeep to Busted Knuckle and got my air conditioner checked, my o-ring had a crack so my coolant was leaking, I got a free o-ring and installment and a free break check, I paid for the recharging and everything has been fine since. The guy explained that if my compressor had been out my Jeep wouldn't have cooled at all, not even those two weeks unless there was a leak in the compressor itself. Being as I had only spend a fraction of what I was about to spend at bring your own parts I asked him if my Jeep needed any fluids, which he told me I didn't. I asked him to give me a complete flush anyway, plus a tune-up, oil change... and what ever other fluids a car needs. I got it fully serviced for $250.
All in all, I paid around $550 (parts, labors, and checks) for what bring your own parts charge me $120 to check and quoted me an additional $2,700 to fix.
Don't do it, the place is a rip off. Don't sign anything until you read it. They quote you a low price because your not going to pay that price. If you have money to throw away go here. After I spent $1100 dollars and my car wasn't fixed I told them I was done give me my car back. Martin then stated It shouldn't cost more than another $300.00 dollars to fix it and I can't believe you are just going to leave. I told him why already gave you a $1100 dollars and it's still isn't fixed. I asked him if he could gaurantee it would be fixed after another $300.00 dollars and he said no and there was also no warranty. Then he asked me what do you plan to do with the car I told him sell it he then asked if I would sale it to BYOP. I laughed by the way my orginal quote to fix the car was $690.00 dollars. Look at the appearance its dirty, messy and whose has desks in their waiting room. They are not registered with the BBB why because they know their a scam. I should have known better, ugly appearance, no BBB, no warranties = SCAM!!!!!!! Look at the cars just junked around the building. If you do choose to go here after reading this let me be the first to tell you I told you so. And after your scammed please come back and post your experience so others won't get scammed.
