Complaints Against Alexander Services. Alexander Services has had multiple violations with the City of San Antonio and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. They've had to pay many penalties. Moreover, the company has complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau. ALL PUBLIC RECORDS. Do your homework and choose a different company for your A/C and heating needs, or you'll be taking a HUGE RISK. The company is run by just one guy out of his house. His record of violations and poor service are there for anyone to see. Go with a larger, reputable company.…
