I really appreciate what this business did for me and my father. Thank you for working with us on pricing and timing. On one of the hottest days of the month you were there in under an hour and had things working like new in no time. Alexander Services was there when I needed you and I want to shout out to Leo and Mike for their great customer care of an elder man and his daughter.

thumbs up. Troy is very knowledgeable and well spoken serviceman for Alexander A/C. did a great job and it didnt take long . the ac is blowing much more powerfully and cools the house faster. thanks

Complaints Against Alexander Services. Alexander Services has had multiple violations with the City of San Antonio and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. They've had to pay many penalties. Moreover, the company has complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau. ALL PUBLIC RECORDS. Do your homework and choose a different company for your A/C and heating needs, or you'll be taking a HUGE RISK. The company is run by just one guy out of his house. His record of violations and poor service are there for anyone to see. Go with a larger, reputable company.
