WORST SPA EVER!!!.
I came to this business for a leg wax and barely into the service they ran out of supplies. They next tried a hard wax that ripped my skin off. Worst experience ever!!!!
I have called and called to try to get my refund and no one ever calls me back except for once and then was told they would call me back. I called one of the other locations and the owner proceeded to tell me I was a liar and that she needed to see all my bank statements. I told her I could give her the date, time, receipt number and she could look. She again called me a liar and that she wouldn't help me.
I am reporting her to the BBB and will most likely be forced to take her to court. I have to say I am shocked by how horrible this owner is.
