Professional. As an owner that lives out of town, I have to say that Hendricks management has done a terrific job of taking care of my property. Maintenance is always immediately addressed, and my property has always had great tenants.

Vast Improvement. I am an owner that came over to Hendricks from another company and have found Hendricks to be a vast improvement. I like the general management of the firm. I receive emails when things are happening, there is a minimum of confusion, and I found the financial stuff on the web site is helpful when I am doing my income taxes.
