Convenient. This place is right down the street from my house. Great location, and fast service. People just have to understand that hair grows in cycles and that they will see a big improvement after the first year.

The BEST Laser center in town!. I usually don't write reviews, but since I've had such great success with this place I feel I should share it with others. I have been going to ALC on Stone Oak Parkway for a few years now. If you need laser hair removal this is def. the place to go. They have great pricing on packages ...and the results are AMAZING!!! No more shaving for me! This place is not like the others. They treat all of their clients great and make sure all treatments are going well, exactly as planned. I've also had photofacials for the sun damage on my face and chest. My skin looks smooth and clear. I suggest looking into those packages as well. :) Everyone at this place is so sweet.... and professional.

Since lots of time is spent with them for your treatments, the kind, caring atmosphere really does make a difference! I've spent many hours there and I am truly thankful for the staff! If you're looking for a laser place you'll be happy with the results at this one! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just say NO to AMC!. I purchased a package of photo-facials and micro dermabrasion sessions from American Laser Centers after a brief consultation with a “trained” laser technician. I put ½ the fee down and scheduled my first service on Friday afternoon. Though I was assured “No one had ever been unsatisfied with a photo facial” and “photo facials were incredibly mild and safe for every skin type”, my skin suffered a severe reaction to the laser service. The redness and heat sensitivity lasted two days.

Monday morning I called AMC to request a refund. Management questioned the truth behind my claim- suggesting I should have taken pictures! I told the manager I was uncomfortable with the questioning and procedure and requested a refund of the money I put down. I was told the process could take four months. Four months later my refund was denied.

Do not use American Laser Centers. The company is not trustworthy, unprofessional and unfair. Take your business elsewhere.
