Carlos C came to perform my water heater flush and whole house plumbing inspection. I recently had a SAWS water leak and when the city fixed it, dirt and rocks went through my water line. Faucets and toilets were severely affected. Carlos gave me great service with his inspection, recommendations, and was able to fix all my problems right there within that appointment. No need for another appointment! I was very pleased with his work and will be using Will Fix It and hopefully Carlos C for future home repairs.

I had pleasure of being serviced by Rudy F and Marcello L. Both were very professional, well spoken with good manners. Work was explained to me in detail and was completed without unnecessary delays. Rudy insisted that I have 10y warranty on my new water softer and water heater and I'm glad he "talk me into it".

BEWARE!!!...I am very much a DIYer but ran across a water heater that I didn’t know much about. I contacted the manufacturer and they helped me with performing some maintenance on the water heater to see if that would correct the problem. That didn’t so I called our home warranty, “American Home” (rating:fair) and they sent out WILL FIX IT. I thought cool, a professional company. The guy walked into my garage and asked why it was unplugged, uh, hello...it isn’t working and then he asked what I did to it. I told him about the maintenance I did and he since I did that, the water heater was not covered under insurance. To make matters worse, in his report to the insurance company he said the water heater was taken apart and also it failed because of improper install. The guy never came within 10 feet of my heater! I wish I had my video camera out! Besides, how can you say it was an improper install if it’s apart and without even touching it? What an oxymoron! He did say that he had a replacement water heater that he could install for $950 bucks! How convenient! Just happen to be the exact same kind that I needed! I thought they would be a professional company. Maybe a moral company is what I would appreciate so BUYER BEWARE. Take a look on craigslist or find a reference and find a better company. It maybe a mom & pop company but that’s where most of us got our morals from and that’s what this country was built on!

Had shower leak and I called 4 plumbers. 1 - 245.00, 2nd - 315.00, 3rd - 385.00 and Will Fix It 635.00. I asked why so higher than the rest. His response - we only use quaity parts and our techs are certified....YEA Right! Overcharging!! They may run specials,,, won't surprise me if they come in and overcharge you. Not Recommend.

The airconditioner went out on our daughters house. Mario came out and checked our system and as expected the air conditioner and furnace needed to be replaced since it was 25 years old. They replaced the air conditioner and furnace the furnace the same day. Mario was very respectful and courteous. This is our second time using Will Fix It and are very satified customers.

Those Telemarketers aren't from Will-Fix It. We've used Will Fix It, and they are GREAT!

We have some broken sewer lines under our house, and they were one of the estimators that we selected to come out to submit a bid. The guys who performed the leak-down test were clean, well-spoken, and intelligent.

They didn't end up winning the bid for the work, but I'd not hesitate to use them!

On another note, I keep getting these annoying, daily calls from 210-477-1020 and in researching the number - found this Will Fix It reference.

I called them, to inquire, and they are receiving the same calls on a daily basis. I mentioned the cross-reference to their business and they said that they'll investigate this and get back with me...

IF they are selling names -- shame on them! If they are not selling the names -- Bravo to them!

As plumbers, they're a good choice!

WILL NOT Call :333-3300 Ever Again!. "WOW!"

Had a small back up with our cleanout which leads to sewer line. Call Will "not" Fix it for their $69.00 special.

Technician JESSE-Tech#99, was more of a sales person than a plumber. Before he even looked at my plumbing, he stated that the homes in my area are very old, and probally have clay piping. So he would probally have to install a whole new line.

He did take a picture with his video cam, and my husband did see that our line could probaly be upgraded. But he told JESSE that we weren't in positon to purchase a new system at this time.

" Bang*** $3,300.00" cost to replace 28-feet of 4-inch piping." What???

JESSE-Tech#99, then said that if we wanted to have my line clean, my husband would have to sign a waiver. We signed the wavier, only to have JESSE-Tech#99, try to run a game on my husband, like his line was getting stuck. I've have my line rotored many times before because we have roots in our yard. And yes it takes a little effort from the plumber to clear the line. Not just stick the thing in the hole and all is clear.

"Will Fix It" are just a bunch of salesman.

My Husband is a gulf war vet, and he told JESSE-Tech#99, that we are on a fixed income, but they still didn't try to help.

Where is the love for our Military Veterans? We were not asking for anything free, or discounted. Just wanted our sewer line rotor, and maybe a little customer service before the sales pitch.

Still proud to be an American!!!! And happy to have served our country...
