Enjoyed my annual eye appointment.... Enjoyed my annual eye appointment ( even if this was my first visit with this clinic). The staff was wonderful and reciprocated very well to my questions and concerns.

I would have rated 5-star except.... I would have rated 5-star except for the fact there was a charge of an additional $35 to get a copy of my prescription. Since my sight had changed very little, I opted to save my money. I'm also going to contact TRICARE to make them aware.

Having to pay an additional $35.... Having to pay an additional $35 to get a copy of my prescription is a bit much considering the amount billed to my insurance was $250.

I loved because it was on a Saturday.... I loved because it was on a Saturday and didn't have to take time off of work. The staff was very friendly and Dr.Barnes also. I was having a vision problem and she explained what it was and prescribed the needed medication.

The Dr was great with my 5 year.... The Dr was great with my 5 year old. I found him to be very nice and positive.

I was traveling out of town and.... I was traveling out of town and I lost a gas perm lense. I called in a panic and within 15 minutes Dr. Buttlar wrote a temporary soft lense rx and faxed it to a nearby Walmart. They are Awesome!!!
