San Antonio Lawyer with Integrity and Experiance. * James Wheat represented me in a criminal case that I never thought would happen to me.

* Frankly the whole experience was pretty scarey because I felt like my rights were being violated by people within the system that should have known better.

* This added element made Jim's job all that more complicated, however in the end he stood our ground and we came out on top.

* I would definitely recommend Mr. Wheat services to anyone who finds themselves in in the grips of the law.

* I should point out that my case was the oldest case on the book at the time we resolved it.

* You'd be hard pressed to find another criminal Atty. with Jim's experience and credentials who'd hang with you for 12+ months thru all the appearances without requesting another penny.

Arrested as a Passenger w/ drugs in the Car !!!. We were pulled over and the police found pot in the car and no one wanted to fess up to it. It really wasn't mine but since no one claimed it I was also arrested.

I hired James Wheat and he was able to get my case dropped based on evidence he found in the police report and the fact I've never been arrested for anything before.

It was a very scary process but it could have been worst and I have James Wheat to thank for that.

... thanks to ( Jim ) James Wheat .... When my Son was falsely arrested we didn't know what to do. We were desperate. We spoke to several lawyers. Jim really took the time to listen and understand the situation and I could tell he was experienced and proactive by his questions about my sons experience. Jim pulled the police report and was able to show the DA that my son was simply rounded up while being at the wrong place at the wrong time. The case was dropped and my Son learned a real good lesson, more importantly his record is still clean thanks to ( Jim ) James Wheat...

Best of the Best - James Wheat - San Antonio Atty.. San Antonio criminal Atty. James ( Jim ) Wheat was there for me in my darkest hour. And though " the System " kept throwing continuous punches at me and my disposition within the situation, Jim hung in there with me thru Hell. I know for Sure, other Atty's would have run for the hills but Not Jim - I fully expected the " system " to go for my jugular in court but he kept them at bay and we ultimately won our case.
