We were introduced to Mr. Shawn Vaughn, given a brief tour of the facility, and then introduced to Mr. Aman Sheikh. We found him to be extremely personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We looked at several RAV4s, took one for a test drive, and then were offered a weekend to use it. We ultimately decided to purchase another RAV4 model, and that was shipped from another location. We were kept informed of its arrival and it came with everything we had requested. It was, all in all, an excellent car buying experience. We feel we were treated very well, were not pressured to purchase, and received exactly the car that we wanted at a very good price.

I was very impressed not only with the vehicle — style, features and price — but very, very impressed with the sales experience. It was comfortable, open and never pushy. I felt like I got a very good deal without have to haggle or play any kind of back-and-forth game with sales people. I have no complaints about any part of the experience.

We enjoyed the service of Katie Pieterse very much. She is a very accomplished salesperson with full consideration for the needs of us, her customers. We plan to deal with Toyota of Boerne in the future for all our car needs. Save me a good Avalon! Katie explained all the details in the car and gave us full information about our options. Very pleasant. Nick Ormand, who was the sales agent did a very good job. He was professional and the dealership was as well. I thought I made a very good deal on the trade-in of my old truck and the price on the new Toyota Tundra was to my satisfaction.
