Worst experience in hotel ever!. I suffer from arthritis and cold tempertures make my condition worst. At this hotel the room temperature was cold. I asked for heat to my room and was told that the whole hotel was either operating air conditioning or heat and that I had to put up with the room temperature! The hotel manger also told me that it had to get down to 40 degrees outside before the heat in hotel would be turned on! I have never heard of such a business where guests are required to endure cold rooms. I will never return to this hotel and advise others with medical conditions to stay away from this place.
