My son started taking lessons with swim academy 3 month ago. He was a little nervous in the water, but soon he is very comfortable swimming around.I will sign him up for summer class since now he likes swimming a lot.

We love San Antonio Swim Academy (SASA). Our daughter started taking lessons with the Academy about two years ago and we have been very pleased with her progress. Her instructors have always been very patient and kind, teaching them great techniques. Ms. Maggie, her first instructor, got my daughter to come out of her shell. Currently, Ms. Nikia, continues to teach her, but at a whole new level. She offers her great motivation and encouragement. We love the classes and will continue to recommend them to our friends.

My daughter has beeing taking swim lessons year round for 2 years, she started just before turning 3. Her first instructor Mr. James was so patient about getting her into the water without Mommy and Daddy. She has gone from clinging to the side of the pool, to swimming the entire length on her own. Over the past few months she amazes me at every class, her skill level is improving rapidly. Currentely we have Ms. Gabby for an instructor, she is very good with the students, and for my daughter she pushes her just the right amount to get her to do it own her own, but she is right there next to them incase they struggle. The small class size is necessary, each session is only 30 minutes, any more students in the class and they wouldn't get a turn.

I refer all my friends with children to SASA, I think they are great.

This place is fabulous! My daughter started swim lessons at about 7 months old and now, two years later, she is swimming several feet by herself. She knows how to take a side breath and even how to do the breast stroke! They have made the class fun and as a result she is confident in the water and enjoys swimming. For my part, I am thrilled with the fact that she can climb out of the pool on her own and effect a "self-rescue" if need be. The classes are small and they also offer private lessons. The tuition is reasonable as well. She has enjoyed the classes so much that she swims year round and we are looking forward to a long future of swim meets! I would highly recommend this group and their instructors!

My son has been taking lessons with San Antonio Swim Academy for almost two years and absolutely loves it! He has enjoyed both instructors, Megan and Savannah. They are very knowledgeable and really work hard to progress students swimming achievements. My son is not afraid and is very confident in the water. I would definitely recommend San Antonio Swim Academy to anyone wanting their child to learn to swim.

My son loves taking swim lessons through San Antonio Swim Academy! We have tried other programs in the past in which we never saw much progress. The way the swim strokes and safety skills are taught are very age-appropriate and my son has gained many new swim skills over the last year. San Antonio Swim Academy is an excellent program!

My daughter & I took a Mommy & Me class when she was 2 yrs old. She had ear tubes placed by her doctors for previous ear infections. I was so worried about her swim class as the doctors did not want my daughter to get her ears wet. With ear plugs placed, she & I attended our 1st Mommy & Me class. She loved it but didn't understand why she couldn't get her head in the water. After completing this class, my daughter move to the next level without me in the water. The instructors were very careful to continue the doctors orders not to put her head under water. This continued for the next 2 yrs. The different instructors all took the time to modify the exercises so my daughter could continue swim class. Finally, after 2yrs, the doctors removed the tubes and gave us the "all clear" to swim without limitations. But by this time, my daughter had developed a fear of getting her head under water. Ms. Gabby, her coach at this time, worked to alleviate my daughter's fears. Then soon after this, my daughter just started to swim like she had bee swimming all her life. Coach Gabby & I were astonished as the breakthrough happened right in front of our eyes. I was so emotional. My daughter loves her swimming class. She continues to be a great swimmer thanks to San Antonio Swim Academy and the wonderful staff who took the time to accommodate our special needs. Sincerely, Crissy & Lily

I would like to say that Mr. James is awesome, he has been my daughter's instructor for a few years now and she (we) absolutely love him. He is so good with his students and he genuinely cares about them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We have been very happy with SASA. We feel learning to swim is a safety issue. We really appreciate having the classes nearby at a similar time over an extended period. Our children are learning to swim ! Corey and Savannah are wonderful. We appreciate the structure and discipline, progress and feedback.

My daughter (7) has been enrolled with SASA for over three years and my son (3) just finished up his first year. We are extremely happy with the staff and instructors. My daughter learned more there in the first two months than she did in the 2 years at another organization. My son is rapidly improving and should be able to swim like a shark by the end of his current session. The instructors are great at what they do and know how to push the kids to improve their performance.

We specially love Ms Corey. She is very disciple with her students and always gives us feedback on our kid’s performance. I’m extremely happy that we made a change to SASA. I especially love the great pricing, discounts, and payment plans. I would definitely recommend SASA as the best place in San Antonio for swimming lessons.
