I have been going here now for over fifteen years. Other then the typical problem of some of the staff getting pregnant, getting married, going to school, etc etc, etc, Isabelle seems to have technicians on her staff for many many years. The services provided have always been consistent and professional. My husband loves getting a little surprise gift certificate for a massage and always has come home feeling relaxed and invigorated. He is in the military and I guess the owners husband is a retired military man. They seem to thoughly enjoy having the wifes, girlfriends and mothers of soldiers come to their spa. Facials are what I love and either Despina or Jennifer are really more then qualified to help me with extractions or just a pampering solution. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, not haute or crass, just comfortable. Their standards seem to reflect a time gone by, not loud, no TV's, no phones etc. A pleasant experience, every time. Good people.

I look forward to my next trip and recommend highly their services.

Well.......looks like it worked !!!. Ha Ha Ha ha ha............... Family oriented, got a mass card when my mother passed. Professional and clean. 12 1/2 years now.

I remember her too........... Never had a problem. Friendly staff etc. Going for close to 15YRs. The longest complaint I've ever seen. Sounds like professional competition playing games. :)

I had been going to Isabelle's for years...up until a few months ago. After finding an aesthetician that I loved, I stuck with her for my regular Brazilian's, facial waxes and facials. She did an amazing job and always took really good care of me.

Last year, I was laid off and unemployed for 5 months. I put my spa going on the back burner until I got back on my feet. Upon my return, I scheduled a regular appointment with my regular aesthetician and things were back to normal...until she asked if I had thought about hitting up the gym. (I had just been laid off, unemployed and depressed about it for the last 5 months. I don't know anyone that wouldn't have put on a few pounds.) I thought this was unprofessional and let's face it- being told you look overweight while you're half naked and have your legs wide open in front of another person puts you in a vulnerable situation. I brushed it off.

The next time I scheduled an appointment, my regular aesthetician was booked solid so I booked an appointment with another aesthetician that had an open schedule. She was awesome; however, she left the door open between procedures when she went to get some supplies (unprofessional) and my regular aesthetician walked by giving me an ugly look. I chalked this up to a random occurrence.

I gave Isabelle's one last try. I booked another appointment with the new aesthetician because, other than leaving the door open, I really enjoyed my appointment with her. In the middle of my Brazilian, she commented that I used to go to a different aesthetician and asked why I had stopped going to her. SO unprofessional. It is my feeling that a client should never feel like aestheticians are in a competition for their business, especially at a business based on beauty and relaxation.

Isabelle's was a great spa at one time that I referred many of my friends and clients to. I haven't returned to Isabelle's since my last appointment and don't think I will be. They do a good job on paper, but have nothing to offer as far as a relaxing and professional atmosphere.

As a spa lover, I would go anywhere except here.... There's nothing I love more than to have a relaxing experience at a spa, so when my husband purchased a gift certificate several years ago, I was thrilled. It was a package that cost over $200, so I was anxious for my experience. When I went in to use it, they had folded the certificate under in the gift box in such a way that hid the expiration date. "Sorry, this has expired" they told me. I was so surprised, and knowing it must have been an honest error on their part, asked to see the owner. She informed me that it had been given to charity. Having been a business owner myself, I know that as an owner you can honor whatever you want. I felt like the gift and our money was thrown out the window. I had no idea there was an expiration date. It was their error that they covered up the

expiration date. Now every time I hear their ads on the radio, I have to turn it off.

Been a happy customer for several years now. I started going to Isabelle's when I moved to the area about 7 years ago. I've tried other salons thanks to Groupon and Living social but like an old friend, I keep coming back to Isabelle's.

I love the scent of their candles when you open the door, it is almost like my cue to relax even when I go in for a wax lol.

And speaking of waxing, I have my favorite technician that I usually request (Linda!) but there's been instances when I call last minute and ask for whoever they have available and so far I've received great consistent service regardless of who the technician is.

The prices are comparable to, and sometimes even lower than, other places I've visited.

In a nutshell, I recommend them highly. You will not be dissappointed!

Great Spa in San Antonio. I had gone there for two years and every visit was a good experience. I had used two different technicians and both were knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and professional. The spa is small, warm and personal. If you are looking for a spa in the San Antonio area then I highly recommend Isabella's.

Best Spa Ever!!!. I have been going to Isabelle's for over a year myself and have not been more pleased!! Isabelle and the whole staff are so professional and will accommodate you any way possible to make sure you have a wonderful experience!! I have had waxes, facials, manicures, pedicures and have bought alot of their products and have never been disappointed!! If you want a true European Spa experience, try Isabella's.
