Jen, I just wanted to say how informative and overall "great" the seminar was for me and my girlfriend. I had been taught some of this in the past- some simple moves from my husband and some hands-on from other classes- but this one was clearly the best. You are blessed to have a father who truly cares for the safety of others. Thanks for doing this, and if you do it again, we will bring more friends!

I just wanted to say Thank you for this weekend. For me and most importantly for my daughter.. her words later that day, Mom I feel so empowered and you know Coach did that for us:) I think that was an amazing opportunity you and your Dad provided for my daughter and I. The word has spread and there are so many people that would love to do it, and I have had people say that if they do it next year they had younger siblings they would like to send... people have asked what they would charge to come and do that for a fundraiser.. etc. I just wanted to let you know the impact that it made and also the gratefulness for the opportunity. Your Dad and his entire staff were amazing, thank you. On another note.... I feel like I got hit by a car... we don't want to laugh, sneeze or cough:) Thanks again and I appreciate the wonderful role model that you give to my daughter on a daily basis-
